Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek offers assistance for those who require a little extra help each day. Our caring staff, under the direction of our Registered Nurse, is here to provide the personal care, support and guidance to enable residents to remain active and independent in their own apartment while receiving the individualized care they require.

Assisted Living is an option available for residents who need a little extra help now and then and is based on an assessment of the resident’s needs. Provided at Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3, this program offers residents assistance with personal care services, such as medication administration, as well as housekeeping and transportation. These services are intended to assist our residents in remaining as independent as possible for as long as possible.
